There is no shortage of online fitness programs. What there is a shortage of is coaching that actually accounts for the complexity of being a woman whose body is changing. The hormonal shifts, the competing priorities, the history of trying things that did not work, and the very real need to be seen as more than a before and after photo.

I have been in this industry for over 20 years. I have trained women through pregnancies, surgeries, menopause, career changes, and every kind of life season in between. I do not coach from a textbook. I coach from experience, and I stay in it with you week by week.

You also get community. The fortnightly Zoom calls are not just educational. They are a space where women going through similar things can connect, ask questions, and feel less alone in the process.
