I started training women in gyms over 20 years ago, and I have never stopped. I teach Body Pump, Pilates Mat, and Reformer Pilates, I train four to five days a week myself, and I know what it actually takes to stay consistent when life is full, your body is changing, and motivation comes and goes.
What I bring to every client is not just programming knowledge. It is lived experience. I have been in the gym through every phase of life. I understand what it means to train around hormonal shifts, to rebuild after setbacks, and to show up when the last thing you feel like doing is training.
