ABOUT MEGAN

20 Years In The Industry. Still Here Because I Love It.

I started training women in gyms over 20 years ago, and I have never stopped. I teach Body Pump, Pilates Mat, and Reformer Pilates, I train four to five days a week myself, and I know what it actually takes to stay consistent when life is full, your body is changing, and motivation comes and goes.

Our Philosophy

What I bring to every client is not just programming knowledge. It is lived experience. I have been in the gym through every phase of life. I understand what it means to train around hormonal shifts, to rebuild after setbacks, and to show up when the last thing you feel like doing is training.

My clients are not just a number on a check-in form. I know who they are, what they are working through, and what they need to hear. Whether that is a push forward or a reminder to be kind to themselves. That is what 20 years gives you. That is what you get with Megan J Coaching.
