Full Program

This is the complete Megan J Coaching experience. Exercise programming and food coaching, working together so you actually get results that last.

Food coaching with me is about understanding how to fuel your body in a way that works with your hormones, your lifestyle, and your goals. Not against them. We work through mindset, habit, and practical strategy together, and you have fortnightly access to our Food Coaching Zoom with the whole team for community support and education.

If you are navigating complex weight loss, whether through GLP-1 medication, post-surgery, or hormonal change, this program is where you get the full picture.
